A good communication between the school and the parents pave the way for a wonderful development of the child. Keeping that in mind, we at Frontline strive to have an open path of communication between the school and the parents through the following :
- 1 to 1 Meetings
Parent – Teacher meetings are held on a 1 to 1 basis so as to create a platform for the parent to discuss solely about their child’s performance & development on an individual basis. Individual attention and individual time is allotted for each parent for this purpose. During this meeting, the parent is free to meet with all the Subject Teachers, Class Teacher, Coordinator, Vice-Principals or Principal. If the need arises, they can even meet the School Management.
- Phone Calls
The Class Teacher / Coordinator will call each parent on a monthly basis to discuss about their child’s progress in that month. The phone numbers of the respective Coordinators are provided to the parents at the beginning of the year.
- Student Handbook
The Student Handbook contains all the information and reports pertaining to the child’s performance in school for the academic year. The daily homework, test marks, circulars, etc. are conveyed to the parents through this.
- WhatsApp Groups
Each class / grade has a separate WhatsApp group which contains the parents and the relevant school authorities. Regular information & updates are shared through such groups.
- Monthly Newsletters
The highlights of the schools are sent to the parents on a monthly basis through the school newsletter. The names of the winners of the competitions held each month are listed in the newsletter. This newsletter is sent through print as well as digitally through WhatsApp.
